וַיֵּ֜לֶךְ בְּדֶ֣רֶךְ ׀ מַלְכֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר עָשׂוּ֙ בֵּ֣ית אַחְאָ֔ב כִּ֚י בַּת־אַחְאָ֔ב הָֽיְתָה־לּ֖וֹ לְאִשָּׁ֑ה וַיַּ֥עַשׂ הָרַ֖ע בְּעֵינֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃
Ia hidup mengikuti jalan raja-raja Israel, sama seperti yang dilakukan keluarga Ahab, sebab anak perempuan Ahab menjadi istrinya. Ia melakukan apa yang jahat di mata Yang Mahakekal.
